We are delighted to announce the organisation of the first FIDE World Disabled Cadets and Youth Chess Championship. This is the official invitation to all national federations affiliated to FIDE to participate in the 1st FIDE World Chess Championships for Disabled Youth and Cadets 2019 which will take place from 26th November (arrival) to 4th December (departure) in Cardiff, Wales.
